Dealers are responsible for their own set-ups. There are no electrical outlets available. Display racks, stands, tables, etc. may be left up overnight Friday if desired. There will be a guard on duty, but be aware the guard cannot be in all places at the same time. All items left unattended will be at your own risk.
Porters can be available if booked in advance. Please let us know of your needs as soon as possible.
Each dealer is responsible for collecting Florida Sales Tax and reporting it directly to the Florida Department of Revenue. Alachua County sales tax is 6.25%
No Animals will be allowed in the show area. Please board your pets; management will enforce this rule.
Dealers and/or their representatives must be present during the entire show from 3 - 7pm on Friday and 10am - 5pm on Saturday. Set-up is allowed beginning at 10 am on Friday, April 25. You must be completely set-up by the Free Preview beginning at 3PM. All dealers will be expected to be completely set-up by 9:30 am Saturday and ready for business. No changes of spaces will be allowed without the approval of the show director. All items and dealers' belongings - including chairs - must be contained within the assigned space. Be aware that some spaces are only 15' linear x 5' deep or 10' x 10' with no additional room. Due to Fire code, all doorways must be left unblocked and we ask your cooperation in setting up so you do not block access to any open business. Dealers will be given a parking space adjacent to the show area leaving the closest spaces for customers.
Haven Hospice - optional - you may donate an item for the silent auction to benefit Haven Hospice. The item will remain within your display and be noted as a donation - the silent auction bid will be entered at your space and be tabulated at noon on Saturday, and the winners will be announced during the Fashion Show at 1pm.
